GoLiveTO Website Posting Rules
This agreement provides important information for the TAPA “GoLiveTO”
site which is part of the Go Live Toronto campaign. Please read it
thoroughly. The moderators of “GoLiveTO” will attempt to remove or edit
any objectionable material as quickly as possible.
- Views expressed on the “GoLiveTO” site are not endorsed by TAPA. It
is acknowledged that all Submissions made to “GoLiveTO” express the
views and opinions of the author and not the administrators or
moderators and hence neither TAPA or the moderators will be held liable
or responsible for the content of any Submission.
- TAPA does not prescreen the reviews or opinions expressed on the
“GoLiveTO” site. You agree that TAPA’s moderators retain the right to
edit or remove any Submissions as they see fit.
- Any Submission that questions TAPA’s procedures or moderators may be
removed.
- TAPA does not formally provide technical support for “GoLiveTO” The
site is designed for easy use and access.
- Please be constructive in your reviews/raves/criticisms. Do not post
defamatory material. You agree to not post any flames or inappropriate
statements, material or links. Flames include but are not limited to a
statement that is libelous, defamatory, slanderous, indecent, harassing,
harmful, intimidating, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, abusive,
vulgar, pornographic, or offensive in a sexual, racial cultural or
ethnic context or any other material that may violate any applicable laws.
- You agree to not post any advertising. You agree to not use “GoLiveTO”
to sell or market your own show, workshop or special event.
- You agree to not post any inappropriate user names. Inappropriate or
offensive user names or aliases will be removed.
- License to Use Submission. By sending a Submission to “GoLiveTO” you
agree to grant TAPA and TAPA member companies a perpetual, royalty-free,
non-exclusive worldwide right to license to use, reproduce, modify,
publish, translate, distribute, and exercise all copyright and publicity
rights with respect to your Submission.
- If you post or send offensive or inappropriate or otherwise engage in
disruptive behavior which TAPA considers to be serious and/or repeated,
TAPA may use all available information about you to stop any further
infringements. This may include informing relevant third parties such as
your employer, school, Internet service provider, or law enforcement
authorities of the infringement. TAPA reserves the right to delete any
contribution, or take action against any account, at any time, for any
reason.
