This project, will present six films related to the art of Flamenco as well as Spanish art and culture. It will be screening four of the works of the Spanish Film director Emilio Barrachina. Amongst them the musical documentary “Morente”, a 2012 Goya nominated film with pre and post talk from Madrid-based flamenco critic and author Justine Bayoz Espoz, whom works closely with Mr. Barrachina. The film “KUMPANIA: Flamenco Los Angeles” will also be screened; a film directed by Katina Dunn with a post talk via Skype with the film director and some of its stars. Lastly, the film “A Cara o Cruz / Heads or Tails”, a film directed by Silvia Prió.
